Fashion After Five - The fashion show

So we started with our project 

getting inspired by the decade that you have been assigned too!

I had the 40's and 50's

And it has to be all in black fabric

                      Here is my dress in Muslin before cutting it in real fabric. " Draping Class"

That's my beautiful model Olga

After the approval of the professor 

you start cutting it on paper then lay it down on your real fabric.

The Fashion show was held in the Onondaga Historical Association Museum & Research Center.

Now this is not a normal run way where the model walks on a stage and people would be setting.

Since its in a museum people where standing all over the rooms, waiting for the models to show up and walk around them. 

Since we started our decade with the 20's and ended it up with the 90's 

almost every decade had 3 or more designers. There for the fashion show was by voting who got the best dress for their decade. And the winners will have their dressed showed in the museum.

Let me show you first the backstage madness!
