For this class we are using wax for dying! some of the fabric iv used wax first before adding the dye, and others iv dyed it then added the wax then dyed it again.
Dyed this piece first in the same blue dye bath as the first fabric iv done.
Then added the wax, then removed the wax by dipping it in Hot boiling water.
And this pieces have been done differently! we have printed colored on
a washed "soda ash" musilne and then keep it for at least half an hour but am
keeping it for 7 days for it to dry and then ill keep u updated for the final result.
This picture is upside down! tried to write moms name in wax.
its super hard to do that in a brush! tried my best.
And its all from one dye bath!
how it looks from one dye bath before adding the circle wax
then dip it in another richer blue wax.

And this is how my hand looks when I color without using gloves! that's a big mistake!
This is how it turned after I added more wax which is the circle, then
added it to a richer blue dye bath.
