Not sure how will I feel about it.

But I have sure have had seen a better collection from MAC.

The Wedding Dress

I know its been a while but I have been super busy!! I mean seriously life changes.

Not kidding.

And the major event as shown from my title that I have been engaged since Feb.

Can you imagine all of the wedding preparation that I had to go through!

Its so surreal believe me, especially when I get confused when I have so much options.

But the major optical was finding a wedding dress.

Honestly never knew what would I admire, I was never that girl who planned and dreamed of getting married and having that fairy tail wedding honestly! never had anything plan or a dream of that wow dress.

My sisters Reem and Noura were major help with finding the style online.

And I remember Noura telling me you never know what cut will suit you until you try it and believe me you will know that this or that dress is THE ONE.

Started looking online and saw so much things that were stunning but I knew some style will just not fit my curves.

I would love to thank my beautiful cousin Wiam for helping me going to all of the wedding stores in Riyadh and try so much dresses, honestly she's an angle it was an intensive week of going a day to more than 7 stores. I found nothing in Riyadh.

So my father suggested that I would go to Milan, Italy to look for the perfect dress.

My beautiful friend Yasmin who is also a bride to be helped me to find the perfect wedding dress.

I was so blessed honestly after a week of searching the day of my best friend have arrived "Saja"

I found the ONE.. WHEN I TRIED IT ON I LITERALLY FELT LIKE A BRIDE.

By then I knew what my twin Noura said was True, you will feel like one.

Am blessed to have my family and friends around me to help me with this hectic journey.

PS: My wedding dress is none of these style its totally different.

Senior Collection Fashion Show At Syracuse University.

Starting creating my collection I was instructed to create sculpture clothing all in black.

I was happy my professor choose black since it my fav color.

and so I began my research and how and why am I creating this based on my inspiration.

which was sculptured wings from 18C, 19C and 20C.

The collection have an aspect of elaborately laid out feathers that tell a story about the characters. My collection is made of black feathers, cut out of leather to give an outstanding presentation. This reflects openly on my inspirational photos.

            one of my inspiration was  Kate McCgwire, displays an intricate intertwining of black feathers. The sculpture brings out perfection and elaborateness. The choice of black feathers is also inspiring in that it creates a different perspective of the color. It portrays black as elegant.

            The fascinating 2011-07-19-9. McQueen Black Duck Feathers portrays a woman adorned in an outfit made out of black duck-feathers. The picture shows gracefulness. Again, the color choice of feathers also contributes to the elegance portrayed in the picture. The feathers lie neatly on each other, giving the impression of softness.

            Other that contributed to my inspiration is from the 19th century; the Neoclassicism bonded white marble by Antonio Canova. Like the other two photos, the feathers on this picture bring out elegance and romance. In as much as the marble is white, the feathers still retain their effect of gracefulness.

            The cemetery angles is inspirational as it shows love and delicateness. The feathers of the angel are a sign of protection as they lie delicately yet firmly on her wings. Feathers have been continuously used to imply peace, elegance and safety.

            The statue of the fallen angel has black feathers and a golden lining. The feathers portray it as a sign of strength. Black feathers are inspirational as they bring out firmness and elegance. All these pictures have the concept of strength and elegance. This was very inspirational in my collection. I decided to use black feathers as they are a sign of strength and elegance. They are firm and gently arrange themselves.
